From Whiteboards to Workflow Perfection

Pool Perfection began like most: With whiteboards, scattered files, and constant calls to keep projects on track.
We tried Trello and other tools. Nothing really matched the flow of building pools.
That is when our founder, Shai Egosi, decided to build his own system. Over nearly seven years, he refined a solution that could manage every detail of a pool build. The result: Workflow Perfection (WFP), the system that transformed Pool Perfection into one of the fastest builders in Tampa Bay, reducing build time from four months to six to eight weeks, while scaling to $12 million in annual projects without the chaos.

About Shai Egosi

Shai Egosi’s career has always been rooted in systems and technology. Before entering the pool industry, he led IT operations for fast-growing companies and developed software solutions to streamline complex workflows.
When he acquired Pool Perfection, the business was struggling with outdated processes and inefficiencies. Shai applied his software background to overhaul operations, digitize workflows, and custom-build the platform that would later become WFP.
Under his leadership, Pool Perfection became one of the fastest builders in the Tampa Bay area, cutting build times nearly in half while scaling to millions in annual revenue. After selling the company, Shai shifted his full focus to developing Workflow Perfection for other pool builders.
